Terms of Service

These terms cover Dig Dug Dash (the free browser game) and optional paid digital content sold by Kamil Labs. Playing the free game means you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

The free game

Classic, Daily Challenge, leaderboards, and browsing community levels are free. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Theme Pack (€1)

The Theme Pack is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks additional themes, Theme Studio, and the Level Builder. Delivery is immediate after successful payment via Stripe.

Under EU consumer rules for digital content, waiving the 14-day withdrawal right requires your explicit confirmation at checkout (the checkbox next to the buy button), not these Terms alone. If you do not check that box, checkout will not start.

Accounts & conduct

Keep your login secure. Do not abuse leaderboards, harass others, or publish illegal or infringing community levels. Public level titles, descriptions, and leaderboard display names must not include hate, racist, or sexual content; violating names are rejected. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

Ads

Main app pages may show Google AdSense ads. Consent for advertising in EEA/UK/CH is collected via Google's certified consent message (Funding Choices / Privacy & messaging). See Privacy for details.
